Switcheo Labs is a creative and experimental think tank that guides and nurtures decentralized ecosystems in the DeFi space. What you will do

• Assist the design team in creating brand-centric graphics and digital assets.
• Assist the marketing team in creating marketing collaterals.
• Design and create impactful visuals that communicate our product’s vision and values.
• Translate strategic messages into visual expressions.
• Create multi-media narratives that tell engaging stories, with the audience and communication objective in mind.
• Draw or customise illustration & iconography with any given style or direction.
• Maintain consistency in brand principles, themes, and moods in terms of design.

What you will need

• Some experience in branding and illustration.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of art styles.
• Ability to adapt to different brand requirements when creating visuals for different products.
• A creative mind that pushes boundaries.
• A sensitive eye for visual aesthetic. You should be able to spot minor errors like fonts, colors, placements, etc.
• A Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
• Experience in creating motion graphics is a plus.
