SwitcheoLabs is a leading web3 development studio focused on pushing the frontiers of DeFi. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Intern to join our team. As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners and building relationships with various companies in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential partners in the crypto industry
• Reach out to potential partners to discuss possible integrations and collaborations
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners
• Assist with the development of partnership proposals and agreements
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent SwitcheoLabs and network with potential partners
• Participate in Twitter Spaces and other online communities to engage with potential partners and the crypto community at large
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• A strong interest in the crypto industry and its developments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Google Suite and Notion
• Must be able to commit to at least 3 months of internship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in business development or sales
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Experience with partnership development and management
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and platforms
