Senior Marketing Associate
The Senior Marketing Associate (Client Marketing) will have the opportunity to work with different pioneers of the Web2 & Web3 landscape, and will be part of redefining the developer experience. Play a part in growing one of the largest communities of over 350,000 developers, and shape the end-to-end developer journey as they level up through gamified learning quests, bounty challenges & even hackathons.
As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with different clients to understand their objectives and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. You will support the team by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that will engage and onboard more developers from global markets into unique experiences - equipping them to learn, build and innovate. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of developer engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing goals and project requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s marketing team and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and greater synergy between marketing teams during promotional period to maximise amplification
Market Research and Marketing Proposal Development:
- Develop customized marketing proposals and strategies for client projects that align with the client’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics, and to identify new opportunities for growth.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed marketing campaign plans, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign assets and deliverables
- Assist with the execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement various elements of the marketing strategy.
- Define the key messaging of content based on differentiating factors of the client’s technology and brand positioning
- Work closely with the creative team in the development of marketing collaterals and materials, and press kits for distribution
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling copy for advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, segmentation, and targeting.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Gather key insights that dive into user behaviour and leverage them to refine marketing initiatives and drive decision-making
- Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in marketing or related field, with a focus on client management and project execution
- Currently in a degree of marketing, business, communications or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects deadlines
