The Opportunity
Be an integral part of the AngelHack journey as our Program Associate. You'll build strong relationships with our key stakeholders and nurture a vibrant, supportive community that attracts and engages talented developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Liaison and Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key program stakeholders including mentors, instructors, speakers, and judges.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and the AngelHack team.
- Create a positive experience for stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and continued support of our programs.
Community Management and Engagement
- Create and share engaging content on platforms like Discord to build a thriving, interactive community of participants.
- Manage participant interactions, answering questions, addressing concerns, and cultivating a welcoming, respectful environment.
- Promote a sense of belonging and support within our community, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Program Development and Analysis
- Contribute to the design and improvement of our programs, ensuring quality and alignment with the needs of partners and participants.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to gain insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in marketing, program management, or similar fields with an emphasis on relationship management and project execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for building communities and fostering connections.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Good to have:
- Experience in a startup or tech-focused environment.
- Understanding of developer communities and engagement strategies.
