The Opportunity

Join AngelHack as our Marketing Lead and become a champion for our mission to unite developers and innovative organisations globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions AngelHack as the go-to platform for developer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and lead the execution of a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens brand awareness, reputation, and thought leadership across all marketing channels.
  • Brand Messaging & Storytelling: Craft compelling brand messaging and narratives that resonate with our target audiences (developers and innovative organisations).
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and manage a content strategy that educates, inspires, and attracts our target audience.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand messaging and positioning remain relevant and competitive.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyse brand marketing performance, measure the success of campaigns, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Agency Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external marketing agency, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand guidelines, while optimising performance and return on investment.

What We Look For:

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign and agency management
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and developer marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Experience in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media etc.)
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Passion for innovation and the developer community.
