Tribe is looking for a driven Product Marketing Lead to lead a web platform (Stackup.dev) dedicated to empowering software developers worldwide. Our cutting-edge solutions streamline developer experiences and foster innovation. The candidate should be a dynamic lead for our product marketing efforts and drive the success of our developer-focused products.

Position Overview

As the Product Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that highlight the value of our platform to the developer community. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure our products are effectively positioned and communicated to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement a cohesive product marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging
  • Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas, value propositions, and key messaging documents.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and release timelines.
  • Design and implement campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention.
  • Content Development
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the developer audience.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Equip the Sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
  • Develop training materials, product demos, and presentations to support the sales process
  • Metrics and Analysis
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to refine strategies and tactics.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and community members to gather insights and feedback.
  • Promote customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and user stories.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Experience in marketing to developers or technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and developer tools will be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
