The Opportunity

Tribe is looking for a highly-driven and motivated Partnerships Associate to support Tribe Accelerator's portfolio of startups and partners. Tribe is a global frontier technology ecosystem builder driving innovation and mass adoption of frontier technologies.

Join us to drive the future of web3, together with our global network of industry experts, corporate partners, developers, and technical partners.This is a client-facing position where you engage and establish rapport with business partners and leads. It is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of energy and the ability to focus on the task without compromising quality of work. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys learning and is passionate about the evolving tech industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and execute initiatives to identify and engage corporate partners and industry experts to achieve programme success for Tribe Accelerator
  • Manage inbound partnership and startup requests to achieve programme success across Tribe's business units
  • Manage internal processes and database of business partners and industry experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of communications
  • Research on trends, events, and innovations in frontier technologies to identify new business and partnership opportunities


  • Keen interest in entrepreneurship, blockchain/web3, and new technologies
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, based in Singapore
  • Proficient using leading productivity and collaborative tools such as Notion, Slack, Airtable and Discord
  • Experience in Ecosystem Development, Business Development, Programme Management, Partnerships & Engagement, Account Management, Lead Generation, or similar roles, preferred
