As a Program Associate, you will spearhead the design and implementation of innovation initiatives across Web2 and Web3/blockchain ecosystems, in collaboration with our valued partners. Your primary focus will be to conceptualise a program where ideas flourish, connections are made, and groundbreaking projects take shape. Key Responsibilities

Program Design and Execution:

• Conceptualise and oversee end-to-end execution of diverse programs, from high-energy hackathons to intensive incubator experiences
• Create compelling program content and features for enhanced participant engagement
• Curate relevant resources to boost participants’ experience and program outcomes
• Adapt programs in real-time based on participant feedback and emerging opportunities
• Develop and implement methods to measure program success and suggest improvements for future iterations

Stakeholder Outreach and Management:

• Create opportunities for thought leaders, industry pioneers, and seasoned professionals to meaningfully participate in and benefit from our programs
• Collaborate closely with program stakeholders to align with their needs and objectives so as to ensure their satisfaction and continued support of our programs.

Community Management

• Manage clear communication channels for program updates and announcements with program stakeholders
• Oversee participant interactions to build a thriving and interactive community
• Promote a sense of belonging and support for all program stakeholders, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in program or project management
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualise, plan, and execute complex projects from start to finish
• Proven track record in successfully organising tech-focused events or initiatives is a plus
• Previous experience working with developers or early-stage startups in a VC, incubator or accelerator is a plus
• Strong knowledge and interest in frontier technologies such as AI and Web3 / Blockchain is a plus
